Why haven't I received my stamp/reward yet?Updated a month ago

You should see your rewards updated within the same day. 


If you haven't received them, please contact customer service. Remember, to earn stamps and rewards, you must use the correct email; otherwise, they won't be credited to your account. 

 

Please first make sure that you have the correct email address in the app and you have activated the stamp card before making the purchase.
