How can I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Make sure to check your spam or other folders if you do not see it in your inbox. 

You will receive the following emails based on your order status: 

  1. Confirmation email: We have received your order successfully
  2. Shipping confirmation email: Your order is on the way and includes the tracking number
  3. Out for delivery email: Your package is ready to be delivered
  4. Delivery email: Your package has been delivered

Please note that it might take a few days for the tracking number to be updated. Please be in contact with customer service. If you think that your parcel is lost in transportation, please contact us with the information on the claim you have opened with the carrier.
