Can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Orders are instantly forwarded for processing and packaging in our warehouse, so unfortunately at this time, modifying or cancelling the order on your own is not possible afterwards. If you need to modify or cancel an order that was placed more than an hour ago and have not received the shipment confirmation yet, please contact customer service. If you forgot to order a product, you can place a new order in our online store.
